They are grown by farmers using organic agricultural methods. Organic farming uses no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Organic farming promotes and enhances biodiversity, biological cycles and soil biological activity. It is based on practices that restore, maintain and enhance ecological harmony. Our organic roasted cacao beans, organic sugar, organic vanilla, and organic milk are blended to create Organically Delicious milk and dark chocolates. For the chocolate purist, we offer milk, dark, and extreme dark chocolate bars and individually, foil-wrapped miniatures. For others, we bring our 126 year chocolate making tradition to craft our Organically Delicious chocolate with organic nuts, organic truffle fillings, organic caramel, and organic mocha. All Thompson Organics products are certified organic under United States Department of Agriculture standards and by Quality Assurance International (QAI), the recognized authority in organic certification.
